This parameter controls the jitter that is applied to the app delay
(parameter "-a"). The value should be between 0 (no jitter, default) and
1 (effective delay is between 0 and the specified app delay).

- Add a filter type parameter to choose a filter
- Implement MIN and MAX filters
- Dispatch the actual implementation in the update function
